water rates and details about our special programs designed to help district customers. Highline Water District acknowledges some special
circumstances as opportunities to help our customers. Please review the following
program details to determine if you are eligible to participate. Some of these forms

The Autopay program
automatically
withdraws the amount of your water bill from the bank account of your choice. This
payment option is entirely voluntary and is offered as an added convenience for our
customers who don't want to worry about writing out a check and mailing payment.
Everyone is eligible to participate in the Autopay program.
Leak Adjustments
are
made when customers provide proof of repair work done to fix a water leak on their
premises.
Rate Reductions
are
considered when a single family residence with a meter size of less than one inch meets
certain criteria on limited income, age and/or health conditions.
A signed
Permission to Bill
Tenants form is required for an owner to have the bill sent to a tenant.
