MRSC Rosters – Shared Small Works Contractor and Consultant Rosters
MRSC Rosters is a shared statewide small public works and consultant roster database for Washington State counties, cities, school districts, fire districts, water & sewer districts, health districts, parks & recreation districts, transit districts, irrigation districts, library districts, port districts, public facility districts, public utility districts, housing districts, and other authorized special districts to use small works and consultant rosters.
Public agencies join MRSC Rosters for a nominal annual membership fee because it allows them to cost-effectively and efficiently utilize the roster process as an alternative to advertising for each project. MRSC maintains the rosters, posts the required legal notice on behalf of all participating public agencies, provides customer service and ensures that rosters meet minimum requirements.
Highline Water District will no longer maintain Small Works and Consultant rosters separate from those provided by MRSC.

Small Works Contractor Roster
The MRSC Rosters – Small Works Contractor Roster is a shared small public works roster following the statute RCW 39.04.155 which participating public agencies use to search for eligible contractors and solicit bids for small works services, including construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair or improvement of real property, under $300,000 as an alternative to advertising for bids on each project.
Consultant Roster
The MRSC Rosters – Consultant Roster is a shared A&E and Professional Services roster following the statute RCW Chapter 39.80 which participating public agencies use to search for eligible consultants and solicit bids for consultant services, including architectural, engineering, planning surveying, and other consulting services as an alternative to advertising for bids on each project.
