MRSC Rosters
MRSC Rosters is a shared statewide small public works and consultant roster database for the use of Washington State counties, cities, school districts, fire districts, water & sewer districts, health districts, parks & recreation districts, transit districts, irrigation districts, library districts, port districts, public facility districts, public utility districts, housing districts, and other authorized special districts.
Public agencies join MRSC Rosters for a nominal annual membership fee because it allows them to cost-effectively and efficiently utilize the roster process as an alternative to advertising for each project. MRSC maintains the rosters, posts the required legal notice on behalf of all participating public agencies, provides customer service and ensures that rosters meet minimum requirements.
Small Works Roster
Starting July 1, 2024, MRSC Rosters is the official home of the Small Works Roster for Washington State . This centralized system simplifies the process for public agencies seeking qualified contractors for small works projects under $350,000 including construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair, or improvement of real property as referenced by RCW 39.04.151-.152. For more information on the required SWR bidding processes, see MRSC's Small Works Roster Manual. For any federally funded projects the rules are stricter, so consult your legal counsel and federal grant administrator to determine the appropriate contracting method.
Consultant Roster
The MRSC Rosters - Consultant Roster is a shared A&E and Professional Services roster which participating public agencies use to search for eligible consultants and solicit bids for consultant services such as architecture, engineering, and surveying services as referenced in Ch. 39.80 RCW, as well as other professional services such as design, planning, management, real estate, financial, legal, communications, environmental, IT, and personnel, consulting.
Vendor Roster
The MRSC Rosters - Vendor Roster is used to search for vendors involved in product sales, equipment repair, vehicle maintenance, garbage collection, and other purchased services as referenced in RCW 39.04.190.
