HIGHLINE WATER DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE
Highline Water District proposes to negotiate a site lease agreement for communication equipment with Highline Amateur Radio Club Inc. (HARC), a Washington nonprofit corporation, at the District's McMicken Tank Site located at 3768 S. 166th St., SeaTac, King County, Washington.
In lieu of lease payment, HARC will provide communications equipment and support services to the District during designated emergencies. The lease will have an initial term of one (1) year and will automatically renew on an annual basis. It may be terminated by either party with three (3) months' written notice.
A public hearing will be held during the District's Regular Board meeting on September 3, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., 23828 30th Ave. S., Kent, Washington to receive comments about this proposed site lease.
