Adjustments and Reductions
Highline Water District acknowledges some special circumstances as opportunities to help our customers. Please review the following program details to determine if you are eligible to participate.
Leak Adjustment
Leak Adjustments are made when customers provide proof of repair work done to fix a water leak on their premises. To apply for an adjustment please complete a Leak Adjustment Request form available in our forms library.
Rate Reduction
Rate Reductions are considered when a single family residence with a meter size of less than one inch meets certain criteria on limited income, age and/or health conditions. You can apply for rate reductions by completing our Water Rate Reduction Request which can be found in our forms library.
